I believe that it is in bearing witness to our own stories in the presence of another that restoration and healing take place. Reconciliation with all parts of yourself and your body is possible and I am here to walk alongside you in that. Using Narrative Therapy, IFS, Attachment Theory, EMDR, and DBT skills, I strive to find a balance between offering practical skills and an exploration of underlying dynamics that contribute to your current experience. I am specifically passionate about working with individuals struggling with trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, and spiritual concerns. Although I will always meet you where you are spiritually, never imposing my own beliefs, I can incorporate faith with clinical expertise to your level of comfort if requested. It requires immense courage to take the first step towards therapy. You don't have to walk alone; I would be honored to sit with you as you engage your own story.
